Get details of a specific Trove contributor

Arguments

key (Required): Your API key
id/nuc (Required): A contributors ID or NUC symbol.
reclevel (Optional): Get all the details for the contributors, instead of just the name and id. Valid values are brief or full. If this is omitted, it defaults to brief.
encoding (Optional): Get the response in xml or json. If this is omitted, it defaults to xml.
